摘要
如何科学地界定岗位工作内容和工作标准以及合理的薪资等,始终是人力资源管理实践中的难题之一。本文利用价值工程的理论,结合岗位的关键指标和工作标准,并将工作内容及工作标准和企业的经营业绩建立关联,提出了岗位设置中的价值分析过程模型,力求为中小企业的人力资源管理提供一条新思路。
It is always a difficult problem to establish a set of reasonable job content and a set of right standard for the job content, as the same to decide how much money the employee should be paid for. In this paper, following the theory of Value Engineering, the key index and the standard of any job content are analyzed according to the management achievement. In this way, a value analysis model is promoted to analyze the post establishment validly. This model may give a new way for the human resource management in the middle small enterprise.
