从中药三棱中首次分得４种化合物，经理化常数测定和光谱数据分析鉴定，它们分别为芒柄花素，β－谷甾醇，豆甾醇，饱和脂肪酸Ｃ＿（１６）～Ｃ＿（２４）偶碳系列。

everal compounds were isolated from the herb of Spargunium stoloniferum.ferum.Baed on physico-chemical constantsand spectral data,they were identified as formononetin,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol and C_(16)～C_(24) saturated aliphatic acidswith even carbon atoms.
