What is the aim of vocational education——Reflection on the phenomenon of “artificer shortage”

我国目前已经出现了“技工荒”现象,这一现象与职业教育的发展是息息相关的。“技工荒”现象产生的原因包括观念方面、体制方面与投入方面等。为解决“技工荒”问题,有关各方应通力合作,当前应从推动校企合作、大力发展民办职业教育、突出职业教育的培训功能等几个方面进行应对。

The phenomenon of “artificer shortage” has appeared in our country.It is related with the development of vocational education closely.The phenomenon of “artificer shortage” has been caused by many reasons, such as notion, system and investment and so on. The involved parts should strengthen cooperation to settle “artificer shortage”. Accelerating cooperation between schools and corporations, developing vocational education run by the local people and extruding educational function are emphasised currently.
