In the creation of Zhang Ailing 's early and late novels., the narrator experienced the transition from appearance to hiding. In her early works , the narrator passed through appearance and hiding. Zhang Ailing inherited the traditional writing style of Chinese classical colloquialism—keeping the onlooker's position of “a speaker', communicating with readers and abandoning the role of “speaker'' as a spokeman for the society with the aid of dummy situation.
