摘要
探讨了社会主义市场经济条件下,国有企业实行股份制后“新老三会”的含义及其相互关系,分析了它们之间的结构差异,提出了处理“新老三会”关系的兼容、制约、精干、高效四个原则,系统阐述了“新老三会”融合的实现思路和途径。
The paper probes into the new significance of the “new and old three committees” and the relation between them and analyzes the structure differences between them under the condition of socialist market economy after state-owned enterprises are transformed into shareholding incorporations.It suggests four principles:principle of compatibility,principle of restriction,principle of capability,principle of high effciency,to deal with the relations of “new and old three committees” and explains how to integrate them.
