Economic Development and the Structural Effect of Technology Advance

针对经济发展中的周期性波动现象,运用经济发展理论从技术进步与人力资本互动的角度,对技术进步的结构效应进行了分析。其中尤其对技术进步的结构效应与经济发展中的周期性波动的关系进行了分析讨论。针对技术进步的结构效应与经济发展的不适应性,提出了建立人力资本形成和积累机制、改造教育体系、进行产业扶持等对策。对减少技术进步对经济发展的不适应性,保持经济平稳快速发展具有现实意义。

In view of the periodic fluctuation phenomenon of economic development, this article uses economic development theory to analyze the structural effect of technology advance from the angle of the mutual movement of technology advance and human capital. Special attention is paid to the relationship between the structural effect of technology advance and the periodic fluctuation of economic development. Considering the unsuitability of structural effect and economic development, it suggests the following solutions: to create the system to form and accumulate human capital, reform the educational system and provide industrial support, which have practical significance to a steady and fast economic development.
