How to Conduct Classified Psychological Make-up Education in Science and Technology Colleges

在大学生中开展心理素质教育应根据理工科不同群体大学生的心理特点,设计相应的工作模式,因地制宜,有的放矢地实施心理健康分类教育。分类教育的主要内容可包括:基础知识教育;基本技能教育;专项素质教育。实施教育的途径应着力建设三个系统,即:课程系统、学生系统和专家系统。以满足学生成长成才的需要,切实提高大学生心理素质,促进全面发展。

College education of psychological make-up should be based on different characteristics of various groups of college students in science and technology.We should design corresponding work modes to conduct classified mental health education with suitable measures.Classified education includes:basic knowledge education,basic skill education,specific quality education.The ways to carry out the education are:course system,student system and expert system.Only in this way can we meet students’ needs to become talents,improve their psychological make-up and help their all-round development.
