组织蛋白酶D与下咽癌侵袭转移的相关性研究

Relationship between the expression of cathepsin-D and invasion and metastasis of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma

目的:研究组织蛋白酶D(CD)在下咽鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达与下咽鳞状细胞癌的侵袭转移之间的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学法研究5 9例下咽鳞状细胞癌组织标本和9例正常的下咽黏膜中CD和Ki- 6 7的表达;分析CD在下咽鳞状细胞癌细胞中和间质细胞中的表达与肿瘤生物学特性之间的关系。结果:CD在颈淋巴结转移阳性组肿瘤细胞中的表达率较阴性组织高,CD在肿瘤间质细胞中的表达在颈淋巴结转移阳性组的表达率较阴性组高。结论:CD表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的生物特性密切相关,可以作为下咽鳞状细胞癌侵袭转移的预后指标。

Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of cathepsin D(CD) and the invasion and metastasis of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods: The expression of cathepsin CD and Ki-67 in the fifty-nine surgical specimens of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results: CD immunoreactivity was seen not only in the cytoplasm of tumor cells but also in the cytoplasm of the stromal cells(macrophage and lymphocyte).The positive expression rate of CD in stromal cells with neck lymph node metastasis (70.9%) was significantly higher than that in tumors without neck lymph node metastasis (17.9%).Conclusion: CD may play a key role in metastasis and invasion of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and represents a potential prognostic marker as well as an ideal therapeutic target for gene therapy.
