摘要
目的:探讨物理性因素对鼻黏液纤毛清除系统的影响,以选择更合理的治疗下鼻甲肥大的方法。方法:经糖精试验测量A、B两组患者感觉甜味所需的时间。结果:A、B两组差异有高度显著性。结论:通过下鼻甲黏膜下切除与激光等烧灼的对比研究,应选微创治疗,以减少对鼻黏液纤毛清除系统的影响。
Objective:To explore the effect of physical factors on nasal mucus cilia clearance system , so as to selecte more effective method for treating hypertrophic inferior turbinate.Method:The time that A and B groups felt sweet was measured with sugarin test.Result: There were evident differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: Through a comparison between inferior turbinate resection under mucosa and treatment with laser ect,microlesion treatment is proved to be better for decreasing the bad impression on nasal mucus cilia clearance system .
