On the Causes for Sino-US Trade Disputes

This paper summarizes Sino-US trade disputes, analyzes their causes, demonstrates that the four most outstanding reasons put forward by the US are not reasons at all, and points out that the causes for Sino-US trade disputes are not only economic reasons but political reasons. This paper concludes that China should make full use of WTO rules in dealing with trade disputes with the USA so as to maintain national sovereignty and interests.
