当前在建筑物名称方面存在的问题,主要表现在由于缺乏对建筑物命名的法律政策引导,以至于各种假、大、洋、古、怪的名称层出不穷,在社会上造成了消极影响,改变这种状况的惟一办法是依法管理,依法管理的前提是对建筑物名称有正确的定性,建筑物名称与地名、商标等非常相似,但是不能完全等同,建筑物名称很大程度上是商品名称。对建筑物名称应当采取以工商行政部门主管,其他部门配合协调的管理模式进行管理。

The causes of the problems in the names of buildings lie in the lack of legal and policy guidance for the naming of buildings, resulting in the frequent appearance of fake, exaggerating, foreign, old and odd names, which poses negative effect on the society. The only means of changing the situation is to manage them according to laws. The presupposition for legal management is the determination of the nature of the building. Building names are similar to the names of places, trade marks and etc, but not identical to them, while building names are mostly names of commodity. Therefore, the management of building names can be done in a model where industrial and commercial department takes charge of the management and other departments play a role of cooperation and coordination.
