我国金融市场面临的融资困境,呼唤民间资本的投入。发展民间金融业成了经济界探讨的重要问题之一。从民营银行的发展条件、作用、服务对象和风险防范等角度对发展民营银行的可行性进行探讨,提出民营银行具有极大的发展潜力,是我国国民经济的有效补充。

The difficult position in financing facing Chinese finance market calls for the investment of non-governmental capital. Developing non-governmental finance becomes one of the important problems discussed among economic circle. This paper discusses the feasibility of developing individually-run banks from the aspects of developing conditions, effects, service subjects, and risk protection, and puts forward that individually-run banks possess extreme potential for development and are the supplement for national economy.
