摘要
研究了甘蓝型油菜种子发育过程中种皮色泽的变化.结果表明:甘蓝型黑籽油菜和黄籽油菜一样,在种皮上均可能出现褐色斑点,开花后50天内,黑籽和黄将油菜的种皮颜色没有显著差别.50天后,黄籽油菜从种子的合点出开始退绿变黄,种脐变成褐色,黑籽油菜从种子的合点端开始变成紫红色或褐色,以后紫绿相间,直至全紫或是暗褐色为止.种皮的颜色主要是由栅栏层细胞中沉积色素决定的.还观察到糊粉层上有一些突起的黑色颗粒状物质.
Changes of seed-coat colour were studied in different developmental stages of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.). The results showed that black spot appeared along the surface of the seed-coat between yellow-seed and black one. Within 50 days after flowering,there were not significant changes of seed-coat colour between yellow-seed and black one;but significant appearance after 50 days of flowering, chalazal end of green-seed in yellow seed rapeseed faded from green into yellow, and hilum turned into black in yellow-seed,while chalazal end of green-seed in black-seed rapeseed fade from green into purple-red or dark brown. Seed-coat colour were mainly decided by the pigment within palisade fanger, and some black particles were also detected in the aleurone layer.
