摘要 目的通过检测自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)相关抗体,并结合肝功能等其他检验项目,为临床诊断免疫性肝炎提供科学依据。方法用Leber-LIA法对临床疑似AIH的患者血清进行测定,分析其AIH相关抗体的情况。结果通过Leber-LIA法检测临床可疑AIH38例,其中阳性结果16例,阴性22例。结论通过AIH相关抗体的检测再结合其他的生化检测结果可以为临床诊断AIH提供有效的依据。Leber-LIA法操作简便、快速,为一种在AIH诊断中值得推广应用的良法。 Objective Use LIA to examining the antibody of autoimmune hepatitis and combination other checks’of biochemistry to offer basis for clinical AIH.Methods Use Leber-LIA to get to hepatitis of clinical and suspicious AIH with serum proceed measurement,measurement of the circumstance of the antibody of AIH.Results Use immunoblotting examining the hepatitis of clinical and suspicious AIH 38 examples,among them rule result 16 examples,feminine 22 examples.
