鼻内窥镜下微波治疗老年顽固性鼻出血的疗效观察及护理

Nursing Care for Elder Patients with Constant Epistaxis after Microwave Cautery under the Nasal Endoscope

目的观察鼻内窥镜下微波治疗老年顽固性鼻出血的治疗效果,并总结护理经验。方法将60例老年顽固性鼻出血的患者随机分为A、B两组,A组采用鼻内窥镜下微波凝固止血术,B组采用传统鼻腔填塞凡士林纱条的治疗方法,对两组患者经治疗后出现的症状和住院天数进行对比分析。结果两组患者经治疗后出现的症状和住院天数方面差异有显著性(P<0.01),鼻内窥镜下微波治疗老年顽固性鼻出血较鼻腔填塞凡士林纱条具有明显优越性。结论鼻内窥镜下微波治疗老年顽固性鼻出血痛苦少,效果好,同时采取相应的护理措施,可促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the nursing care which relates to the elder patients with epistaxis after microwave-cautery under the nasal endoscope.Methods 60 patients have been divided in 2 groups. Patients in group A have received microwave-cautery and those patients in group B have received nasal packing.Results Patients in Group A have been found significant improvement (P<0.01) in symptoms and hospitalization after the treatment than those in other group.Conclusion Microwave-cautery under the nasal endoscope has been found more effective to release the suffering on elder patients with constant epistaxis. Proper nursing care may improve the patients' recovery.
