摘要
应用水蒸汽蒸馏法对收集到的２０份云南紫苏试材的芳香油积累动态进行了研究，结果表明：不同发育时期芳香油含量不同，以花芽分化及开花期含量最高；试材间芳香油含量差异极大，最高者可达０．３０８７％，最低者仅为０．０４３１％。
The accumulative dynamics of aromatic oil in twenty samples of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt collected from Yunnan is studied by using steam distillation.The result shows as follows:1.The contents of aromatic oil in the same sample at different stages are variant, and the content at flower-bud differentiation stage and bloom is the highest one.2.There are obvious difference at the aromatic oil contents among these samples.According to the contents at flower-bud differentiation stage and bloom,the highest one can reach at 0.3087 percent and the lowest one is only 0.0431 percent.
