摘要
通过对3#焦炉炉头温度偏低的原因分析,找出了造成炉头温度普遍不高的原因。提出了改造混合器解决易堵塞的难题和扒掉炉头部位蓄热室1～2块砖的措施,解决格子砖阻力大的问题,保证了3#焦炉的正常生产。
Through an analysis, the reasons of the low temperature at the end flue of No. 3 coke oven are found out. The measures of improving the mixer and taking off the 1-2 checked bricks at the end chamber, in solving the problem of easyblocking and the big resistance caused by the checked bricks respectively, are carried out, making sure of a normal production of No. 3 coke oven.
