装煤车是炼焦生产的重要设备之一,其后部支体开裂影响生产是长期困扰一、二炼焦车间的主要问题。文章针对这个问题,进行受力分析,查找原因,提出改进方案,对风闸气路系统进行改造,对后部支体补强,实施后效果良好。

The coal - loading truck is one the most important equipment in coke, production. The problem of the fractures in the rear raising .part of the truck had bothered NO. 1 and 2 coke shops fore ten and more years. After an analysis on the force loaded and the corresponding causes, the pneumatic brake gas route system and the rear raising part was improved and strengthened respectively and now the result has been proved successful.
