启发式仿真优化方法及其在独立制造岛规划设计中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 独立制造岛是一种分布式的单元化制造系统,能克服传统生产车间纵向和横向严格分工的组织结构的缺点,获得最大的生产效率。但是如何筹建一个功能完备、效率充分的独立制造岛是企业经常面临的最大问题,特别是,具体到每个独立制造岛内应该投入机床的种类和各类机床的配置数量的硬件规划问题。采用基于进化计算的启发式仿真优化方法来解决独立制造岛硬件合理规划问题,开发了一套启发式仿真优化系统软件,能够得出理论上最佳的硬件规划方案,辅助企业管理者做出科学决策。 Autonomous manufacturing island is a new manufacturing structure, which has many advantages, compared to traditional manufacturing structures. But how to build an efficient autonomous manufacturing island often causes difficulties to manufactory managers. That means, which kind of machine tools and how many machine tools should be included in a autonomous manufacturing island is a big problem. Traditional optimizing methods can't solve the problem. Therefore heuristic simulation optimization technique is adopted. How to build the simulation optimization system of equipment allocation is presented in detail, which can help manufactory managers obtain reasonable allocation of machine tools.
