EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MODEL OF NEGATIVE CONTROL OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

摘要 揭示了液压挖掘机负流量控制的节能机理是控制六通多路阀的旁路回油流量为小的恒定值,在此基础上建立了负流量控制系统的数学模型,并在自行研制的试验样机上用电液比例技术再现了挖掘机上的负流量控制,证明了模型的正确性,进一步阐明了这一模型的应用方向。 The theory of negative control system is analysed and a control model of this system is established. It shows that the energy saving theory of such system is to reduce the flow of bypass channel of 6 way spool valve and control such flow to a constant value. The model is validated on an experimental excavator in which the bypass pressure of the 6 way spool valve is controlled according to different setting value with the help of electrical hydraulic control technique, which successfully simulates the real hydraulic system of excavator that use negative control theory. The further application of the negative control model is also discussed.
