摘要
以硬脂酸法合成了纳米晶铝酸锌并用TG-DTA,XRD和TEM对其进行了表征.结果表明,纳米晶粒径小,粒度均匀,且呈尖晶石结构;纳米晶的粒径随烧结温度的变化而变化.
<Abstrcat> We synthesized nanocrystal compound ZnAl_2O_4 in a way called stearic acid gel method and characterized the nanocrystal. The process includes the following procedures: to prepare stearic gel from zinc compound, aluminium compound and stearic acid; to obtain primitive powder material, through baking the gel, for producing nanocrystals; to calcine the powder into the desired nanocrystal compound; and to characterize the compound in the end with the help of XRD and TEM. The experiment shows that the crystals are tiny and homogeneous, resemble the structure of spinel, and crystal size varies with the temperature during calcining primitive powder.
