分析了人民战争思想在作战时间和空间、动员组织武装人民群众参战、武装力量体制、战略战术等方面遇到高技术局部战争的严峻挑战,并就如何坚持和发展毛泽东人民战争思想提出几点看法。

The paper analyzes the serious challenges to Mao Zedong's thought on the people's war under the situation of high-tech partial wars in such aspects as the time and place of a battle, the mobilization and organization of people to take part in a war, the system of armed forces, the strategy and tactics of a war. At the same time, some suggestions are also put forward on how to uphold and develop the Mao's thought on the people's war under current situations.
