摘要
本文首先介绍了南京市自然概况,并对南京市城市水土流失的现状和特点进行分析,提出以科学发展观和可持续发展理念作为城市水土保持的指导思想。在划定城市水土保持范围的基础上,对城市水土保持的具体内容及其保障措施作了详尽的阐述。
The ecological construction of urban soil and water loss plays an important role in urban (sustainable) development. This paper analyzes the present condition of soil and water loss in Nanjing city. Then the strategies of urban soil and water conservation are expounded on in detail from such aspects as management, execution, supervision and fund raising, etc.
