摘要
在动物实验的基础上,以自身为对照,利用与动物实验相同的原料和配方,跟踪世界研究的新信息,利用计算机、气液色谱仪等先进的仪器和方法,对α-亚麻酸降血脂的临床作用做了系统的研究,实验对象为患有高血脂的门诊病人54例,年龄54.1±9.7岁(平均值±标准差)。每次服α-亚麻酸胶丸(0.5克/粒,10%α-亚麻酸)4粒/次,三次/日,共服84天。于0天、42天和84天分别测血脂指标和血清脂肪酸组成。摄入α-亚麻酸胶丸后血清16:0,18:0和18:ln-9水平降低(P<0.01);血浆甘油三酯显著降低(P<0.05);胆固醇,HDL及LDL变化不明显;出、凝血时间延长(P<0.05)。研究结果表明α-亚麻酸的摄入可阻止脂肪酸、甘三酸的合成及加速β-氧化;具有降甘油三酯、延长出、凝血时间、抗血栓形成等功能。
The present study was used to investigate the effects of α-linolenic acid on blood lipids in humans,being based On our animal research and by means of computre,gas chromatograph and new information. the materials containing α-linolenic acid was the same as those of animal experiments,The 54 outpatients(54.1±9.7yr)with hyperlipemia participat-ed in the clinical experiment.Subjects once took 4 capsules containing 10%(wt./wt.)α-linolenic acid,three times per dat.The study ran 84 days.Before and after the supplement(day 0,42 and 84),blood values and serum fatty acid compositions were analysed.After the supplementation,the serum concentrations of 16:0,18:0 and 18 :1 n9 were reduced(P<0. 01);plasma triglyceridse (TG) was decreasedP<0.05)ihigh densith lipoproein(HDL),total cholesterol(TC) and low-density lipoprtein(LDL) were slightly affected;bleeding time and clotting time were greatly prolonged(P<0.05,P<0.01).The study showed that dietary α-linolenic acid inhibited the synthesis of fatty acids and triglycerides,accelerated β-oxidation,reduced plasma TG and thrombosis and prolonged bleeding time and clotting time.
