植物种子油游离脂肪酸与甘三酯脂肪酸组成的区别 被引量:2

Differences between the faty acid compositions of triacylglyc-erol and free falty acid fraction in some crude oils

摘要 利用薄层色谱(TLC)和气液色谱(GLC)法对部分种子毛油,如毛梾油、沙棘油、日本蜡(脂)、橄榄油及棕榈油的游离脂肪酸组份(FFA)及甘三酯组分(TG)的脂肪酸组成进行了分析比较.结果显示,种子油在经TLG分离后得到的FFA组分和TG组分中的脂肪酸组成是不同的,种子中的甘三酯并不以油脂总脂肪酸组成的比例进行水解,这个结果是由于植物种子或果实中存在的解脂酶对水解过程的影响而产生的. The falty acid composition of the triglyceride fraction zone(TG Fr. )and free faty acid fraction zone (FFA Fr. ) which were isolated by thin layer chromatography(TLC)of some seed oils has been investigated by gas liquid chromatography (GLC)in this paper. The results showed that the faty acid composition of the TG Fr. was different to that of the FFA Fr. The hydrolysis of the oils was related to the lipase in the seeds or fruifs.
