用轧钢废酸处理硅钢厂含铬废水的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用轧钢废酸处理硅钢厂的含铬废水,考察了溶液pH值、废酸投加量、反应时间及沉淀时间等因素对铬去除的影响。结果表明,反应及沉淀阶段溶液的pH值分别控制在2~3和8~8.5,投加1.1倍理论量的废酸,反应20min,沉淀1.5h,出水六价铬和总铬均达到了国家排放标准。将含铬污泥配入烧结原料进行烧结不仅消除了铬污染,而且还可以回收其中的铁、铬资源。 The process for removing the chromium from the silicon steel plant wastewaters was studied by using waste acid from the steel rolling plant.The main factors affecting chromium removal efficiency such as pH value,reductive agent dosage,reaction time and precipitation time,were investigated.The results showed that both hexavalent chromium and total chromium in the effluent were able to meet with the requirement of the national discharge standard,when the soluation pH value ranges were 2-3 and 8-8^5,respectively,in the reaction and precipitation stage,1^1 times theoretical amount of waste acid,reaction time 20min and precipitation time 1^5h.By using chromium containing sludge as sinter ore,not only chromium pollution of environment was solved,but also resources of Fe and Cr in the sludge were recovered.
