植物提取物对草莓根腐病病原真菌的抑制作用

Inhibition of Plant Extracts on Growth of Strawberry Root Rot Fungi

利用4种葱属植物(大蒜、韭菜、洋葱、葱、)的水提物和8种常见中草药(丁香、大黄、黄连、连翘、生地、桔梗、生姜、花椒)的水煎剂对引起草莓根腐病的2种主要病原真菌进行了体外抑制实验.结果表明:大蒜和韭菜的水提物以及丁香和大黄的水煎剂在较高浓度下对立枯丝核菌和胶胞炭疽菌均有较强的抑制作用,在较低浓度下则无明显影响或有轻微的促进病菌生长的作用;连翘的水煎剂在多种浓度下均只对胶胞炭疽菌有极强的抑制作用,对立枯丝核菌无明显影响.

Effects of some Onium and medicinal plant extracts on growth of two pathogenic fungi causing strawberry root rot were investigated in laboratory. The results showed that extracts of garlic, leek and the decoctions of clove and rhubarb displayed evidently inhibition on growth of both Rhizoctonia solani and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. While the decoction weeping forsythia displayed remarkable inhibition on C.gloeosporioides only, no effect on R. solani.
