摘要
银杏是我国特有植物,具有重要的药用价值.利用组织培养技术生产次生代谢产物前景广阔.本文综述了银杏愈伤组织诱导过程中外植体、基本培养基、激素、光照等因素对愈伤组织生长速度和主要药用成分含量的影响以及银杏主要药用成分的提取及测定方法.
Ginkgo biloba L. is an epibiotic plant in China and it has important medical value. The prospect of producing the secondary metabolites by the tissue culture is wide. In the course of inducing tissue, the factors including outer body, basic culture, hormone, light, etc. can affect tissue growth and the content of main medical composition. The methods of extraction and quantitative analysis are introduced in this study.
