通过长时间的调查与了解，介绍了中国油茶资源的利用情况，中国油茶皂素提取及应用工业的现状，存在的问题，由此提出了今后油茶皂素工业发展的方向。重点介绍了膜技术在油茶皂素提取及应用工业中的优势。

After long time investigation, this paper provides the information of tea seed(Camellia oleifera Abel)use,thea Saponin extraction and application industry in China. Introduce the tendency of theaSaponin industry in the future. We stress the advantage of membrane technology use in thea saponin xtraction and application industry in this paper.
