摘要 研究了硼桐油改性酚醛树脂的合成工艺,对其物化性能进行了试验研究和分析。研究表明,硼桐油改性使酚醛树脂的耐热性得到改善,其初始热分解温度达到420~450℃,明显优于未经改性的酚醛树脂;相应地摩擦材料的柔韧性也得到改善,同时具有良好的摩擦磨损性能。该树脂可作为摩擦材料用树脂的换代产品。 The synthesis process of phenolic resin modified with boron and tung oil is given in this paper,its physical and chemical properties are studied by test and the relative analysis is carried out.The research results show that the initial decomposed temperature of phenolic resin modified is about 420~450℃ and its heat-resistance is better than that of ordinary phenolic resin,its flexibility increases due to long chains of molecules of tong oil bonded on the skeleton,and the properties of heat-resistance and wear of the friction material made with this phenolic resin modified are also well.Thus,it can be used as a new bond to produce friction materials with excellent properties.
