On the building of discipline in universities

大学是以学科为基础建构起来的学术组织,学科建设是大学的基础性建设。大学学科建设的基本内容,包括调整学科布局、完善学科组织、确定学科方向、组建学科队伍、建设学科基地、确立学科项目、建立学科制度、营造学科环境等。学科建设没有统一的方法,但一般应遵循统一领导、制定规划、组织实施、评估检查、总结完善这一基本逻辑。

The university is an academic organization built on the basis of the discipline. The essential content of discipline includes adjusting discipline, improving the organization of discipline,set up the direction of discipline, build up faculty team, construct the base of discipline, construct the system and environment of discipline, etc. The building of discipline has no way of unified, but generally speaking, we should obey the basic logic of collective leading, making up plan, implementing plan, evaluating and completing plan.
