摘要 目的为探索混合型胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)动物模型的建立及探讨胚胎心电在大鼠IUGR中的改变。方法将SD雌性大鼠分为2组,实验组:母鼠从妊娠第1天起限食、第7天起饮酒;对照组:妊娠第20天,采用引导母鼠宫内胚胎心电的方法记录胎鼠心电信号后,剖宫取胎,测量胎鼠的各项生长发育指标。结果实验组胎鼠各项发育指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组IUGR发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),胚胎心电频率较对照组减缓且心电电压减低(P<0.05)。结论孕早期限食、饮酒可产生混合型IUGR动物模型,且IUGR的发病可导致胚胎心电频率及电压的改变。 Objective To set up a new mixed animal model of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR) and explore the change of embryonic ECG in IUGR rat.Methods 20 pregnant rats were divided into 2 groups.The control group were fed normally.In experimental group,the pregnant rats were fed by 40% according to the control group from the first gestation day and drinking from the 7th day(0.9ml/100g).In the 20th gestation day,intrauterine embryonic ECG was recorded after anesthesia and every index about growth was noted by taking embryonic.Results Every index about growth in the experiment group was much less than that in the control group,and the percentage of IUGR was higher in experimental group(P<0.05),the frequency and the voltage of the ECG were decreased in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions A mixed type of IUGR animal model could be induced by restricting feed and drinking on maternal rat,and the frequency and the voltage of the ECG can change because of IUGR.
