提高枸橼酸莫沙必利片溶出度的工艺研究

Investigation on the improvement of Mosapride Citrate Tablets' dissolution

目的筛选枸橼酸莫沙必利片的最佳工艺处方,提高溶出度。方法采用枸橼酸莫沙必利与乳糖研磨的方法提高其溶出速率。结果以优选处方工艺制备的产品溶出度均大大提高,符合质量标准。结论该工艺处方合理,操作简单,适合于工业化生产的要求。

Objective To obtain the optimal prescription of Mosapride Citrate Tablets(MCT) to improve the tablets' dissolution.Methods To improve the dissolution rate of Mosapride Citrate(MC)by whetting with lactose.Results The dissolution of Mosapride Citrate is better than that of original Mosapride Citrate Tablets according to the quality standard.Conclusion The method is reasonable,simple and suitable for industrial production.
