摘要
目的考察明胶硬胶囊的交联及对体内、外性能的影响。方法比较胶囊所包裹的药物的生物药效率。结果与结论明胶的交联反应不影响药物的溶出。
Objective To examine the cross-linking reaction of gelatin hard capsule and the influence on medical elution.Methods Compared the biological medicine efficiency of the escapsulated medicament.Results and Conclusion The cross-linking reaction of gelatin didn't affect the medical elution.
