酒石酸托特罗定滴丸的研究

目的制备酒石酸托特罗定滴丸,考察其体外溶出特性及基质对滴丸外观性状和溶出度的影响。方法以体外溶出度和外观性状为考察指标,对酒石酸托特罗定滴丸处方进行筛选,并考察可能影响体外溶出度和外观性状的因素。结果按优化法制备的滴丸体外溶出度和外观性状良好。结论基质和崩解剂对滴丸的外观性状和体外溶出有影响,制备的滴丸,体外溶出良好。

Objective To prepare Tolterodine Tartrate Pills(TTP),study the character of its dissolubility,and the influence of the base on appearance,characteristics and dissolubility.Methods We took appearance,characteristics and dissolution rate in vitro as indices to screen the TTP.At last,the influence factors potentially of appearance,characteristics and dissolubility in votro were studied.Results The dissolubility in vitro of the optimized TTP,the appearance and characteristics were satisfied.Conclusion The dissolubility of the prepared TTP in vitro was satisfied.The base and the disintegrating agent have influenced on the appearance,characteristics and dissolubility in vitro.
