基于柔性化的小型甘蔗收获机的仿真技术

摘要 针对目前甘蔗收获机的仿真研究将甘蔗作为刚体时,因忽略甘蔗的物理特性而导致仿真结果与实际情况不符的缺陷,这里提出利用有限元分析软件ANSYS将甘蔗按其物理特性做成柔性体,结合该柔性体利用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS对小型甘蔗收获机进行仿真分析;另外,仿真过程中,甘蔗和地面之间的联结方式在虚拟环境下简化也是一个目前没有解决的问题,这里尝试了一种新的联结方式。 The simulation of the sugarcane physical characteristics durin g the study of the sugarcane harvester was ignored in the past. Aimed at this ques tion, the paper brings forward that the sugarcane should be analyzed based on it s physical characteristics using FEA software ANSYS. And the process between the flexible sugarcane and the mini- type sugarcane harvester should be analyzed b y the Mechanical Dynamics emulational software ADAMS. In this paper, the couplin g method between the sugarcane and the ground was solved. The application of thi s method will fill up the disadvantage which is brought by the rigid sugarcane d uring the simulation.
