摘要
自由曲面重构是逆向工程研究中的一个重要部分。利用传统蒙面法生成曲面存在控制顶点膨胀的问题,这里提出了一种新的截面测量数据的曲面重构算法。该算法在传统蒙面法的基础上,采用一组平行平面去截重构曲面,在一定精度要求下,合理选择尽量少的截面曲线,再对其运用蒙面操作,从而构造一张新曲面。应用实例表明算法稳定、可靠、高效。
Free- form Surface reconstruction is the key step in reverse en gineering. The number of control points tends to become prohibitively large via traditional surface skinning.An algorithm for surface reconstruction through dig itized data organized in sections is presented in this paper.Based on traditiona l surface reconstruction, the method reasonably selects cross- sectional curves as less as the tolerances asked, and then reconstructs a new surface by skinnin g. Examples in the paper show that the algorithm is efficient and easy- to- us e.
