摘要 FRP片材是目前高强度复合材料在实际工程中应用最广泛的材料类型,波形齿夹具锚正是针对FRP片材开发的一种锚具,解决了FRP片材在实际工程中难于夹持和锚固的难题。以波形齿夹具锚为核心,我们开发出一系列新的FRP加固技术及其预应力技术,并进行了广泛、深入的试验研究。现选取部分试验对这些研究成果进行简要介绍。 WFRP composite has many good properties, such as high strength, light weight, resistance to fatigue, corrosion protection and so on. So FRP composite is an ideal material that can be used for repair and retrofit of the existing structure. However, FRP composite is different from steel, its weakness in transverse direction and its sensitivity to notching make anchoring very difficult. WSGG (Wave-shaped-gear-grip) anchor was developed based on the FRP sheets or laminations. The widely use of the FRP sheets in structure strengthening lays a solid foundation for the application of the WSGG anchor. In this paper, WSGG anchor is the core of CFRP strengthening or pre-tension strengthening experiments.
