摘要
辊道窑上所用陶瓷辊的辊端滚珠轴承,工作时受窑体辐射热,温度很高,油脂失去润滑作用,易产生机械卡死,造成事故。用铁粉、石墨、二硫化钼等粉末冶金材料,按一定比例经混料、压制、真空烧结、整形工艺制成的固体自润滑轴承能用于350℃以下的工作环境。
The end ball bearing of ceramic columer way on kiln of columer way are radiated by hot body of kiln.The lubrication oil will lose function with the high temperature,which will result in mechanical malfunction and accidents.By stirring and mixing such powder metallurgy asiron powder,graphite,MoS2 according to certain ratio,then pressing,burning in vacuum and repairing shape,the solid self-oiling bearing of ceramic columer way made can work in the environment with the temperature below 350℃.
