摘要
经理股票期权在经营者长期激励与约束方面具有非常重要的意义,但其有效实施需要一系列的条件。本文主要分析在我国实行经理股票期权激励机制面临的主要障碍并提出一些对策。
ESO has been attached great importance in activating and constraining the enterprise runner in the long run,while its effective practice should be ensured by a series of condition.The article mainly analyzes the main problems in carrying out ESO activating mechanism in our country,and puts forward some countermeasures.
