摘要
通过对水利工程档案在水利工程勘察设计中的作用、水利工程档案资料收集的全过程及其在工程建设和管理中的利用情况,论述系统科学地管理好水利工程档案的重要性。同时,还对如何管理好水利工程档案提出了一些具有建设性和指导性的建议。
In this article,the authors point out the importance of collection and use and management of hydraulic engineering files by discussing the action that hydraulic engineering files play in hydraulic engineering investigation and design and collecting process of hydraulic engineering files and using condition of hydraulic engineering files in construction and management of engineering.At the same time,the authors give some constructive and instructive advice on how to keep the hydraulic engineering files in good condition.
