摘要
论述长距离抽芯机构方案的选择,给出变角度斜销抽芯注塑模具结构及工作过程,解决长距离抽芯模具尺寸较大的问题。对塑件内侧凸起,采用内缩式斜滑块抽芯,同时利用斜滑块推出塑件,模具结构紧凑,生产效率高。
It discussed the design of long distance core-pulling device, and depicted the mold construction with angle pin in two-stage coring, solving the problem of mold's large dimensions for long distance core-pulling device, and described operating process. To pull the core of molding part which has inside ribbing, the draw back, tapered slide block coring device is adapted, and the molded part is ejected out simultaneously by use of tapered slide block. This kind of mold is compact in construction and the efficiency is high in production.
