微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石

Minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for impacted upper ureteric calculi

目的探讨应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法选取1996年6月至2004年6月92例单侧嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的患者,采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗,6例接受辅助的ESWL治疗。结果术后3d结石清除率为94.6%(87/92),术后1月结石清除率为100%(92/92)。结论微创经皮肾穿刺取石治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石有很高的结石清除率,联合体外冲击波碎石可以提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of the minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the management of impacted upper ureteric calculi. Methods A total of 92 patients were diagnosed as suffering from impacted upper urteric calculi. All of them received minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Among them, received auxiliary extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The stone-free rate was recorded in 3 days and 1 month postoperatvely. Results After MPCNL, the stone-free rate was 97.8% (90/92) in 3 days, and 100%(92/92) in a month postoperatively. Conclusion High stone-free rate can be obtained with minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for impacted upper ureteric calculi. The result can be improved with auxiliary ESWL.
