Diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic nephroma

目的 提高对多房性囊性肾瘤的认识．探讨其合理的诊治原则。方法 回顾分析4例本病患者的临床资料．结合文献讨论其诊断与治疗。结果 4例均行手术治疗．肾部分切除1例．肾切除3例。术后随访2～10年，残肾及对侧肾脏均未见肾瘤。结论 本病术前诊断依靠B超、CT，手术是治疗主要手段。病变超过半肾，对侧肾功能正常者，建议做一侧肾切除术；病变局限小于半肾可选择肾部分切除术，但切缘宜超出病变至少0．5cm。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic nephroma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 4 cases of multilocular cystic nephroma had been conducted. The patients were two males and two females. Their conditions were detected by ultrasonic type B and CT scanning. Results Open surgery had been carried out in all of the 4 patients, including 1 partial nephrectomy and 3 nephrectomy. All the 4 patients had been cured of the disease with no recurrence during the 2 to 10 years' of follow-up. Conclusion Ultrasonic type B and CT scanning are the major means of diagnosis before surgery. Surgery is the main choice of treatment. Partial nephrectomy can be used when the pathological changes affected less than half of the kidney. Otherwise, nephrectomy is indicated.
