摘要
研究了含硫酰腙试剂1,5-二(2-羟基苯亚甲基)-二氨基硫脲与锌荧光反应的特性及最佳反应条件,建立了荧光光度法测量微量锌的新方法。在pH4.70的HOAc-NaOAc溶液中,试剂与Zn2+形成物质的量之比为1∶1的配合物,在最大激发波长eλx=400nm和最大发射波长eλm=464nm处,锌的线性范围为0~780μg.L-1,检出限为12μg.L-1,线性相关系数为0.9998。方法简便快速地用于含锌食盐、人发中锌的测定。
A new fluorophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of zinc, based on the fluorescence reaction of 1,5-bis-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-thiocarbo hydrazide with zinc(Ⅱ) ion was reported. A coordination complex (R∶Zn=1∶1) was formed in an acetate buffer of pH 4.70, with its wavelengths of max. excitation (λ^(ex)_(max)) at 400 nm and max. emission (λ^(em)_(max)) at 464 nm. Linear range of concentration of zinc(Ⅱ) per liter of solution was 0~780 μg·L^(-1), with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8 and its detection limit was 12 μg·L^(-1). Satisfactory results were obtained in its applications to the analysis of table salts enriched with zinc and of humun hair samples.
