X-ray Remote Device for Circumferential Exposure of Large-Diameter Conduit

摘要 对城市集中供热、供水项目采用的大径管道的焊缝射线检测多采用管内周向曝光工艺进行,当管道长度大于射线机控制电缆长度时,检测人员必须进入管道内操纵设备,易受高剂量射线伤害;加长电缆又对施工带来不便,并对射线有较大衰减。采用射线机加装遥控装置并通过发射器与接收器的数字编码,可使多台射线机工作互不干扰,解决现场大管径周向曝光的安全防护及短电缆操作控制的矛盾。 For the large conduits (≥DN720) in centralized heating or water supply project, circumferential exposure is always applied in nondestructive testing of welding line. But when the conduit is longer than X-ray machine cable, the inspector must go into the conduit to operate the device. Under this condition, the high concentration X-rays in the conduit are harmful to the operator. If the control cable is lengthened, it will bring inconvenience to the work and X-rays will be attenuated. The remote control device installed in X-ray machine can solve the problem of safe and short cable operation for large conduit circumferential exposure.
