机动管线是用于实施油料补给的装配式钢质管线,正确选择防护涂层具有重要意义。文章分析了槽头型机动管线的使用情况和腐蚀情况,讨论了防护涂层应具备的性能和机动管线的防护方式,指出其外层适宜采用镀锌防护,内层适宜采用环氧粉末涂层防护。
The mobile pipeline is an assembled steel tubing used for supplying oil. It is very important to select appropriate anticorrosive coatings. The corrosion conditions of the mobile pipeline with notched connection are discussed. It is pointed out that zinc plating would be suitable for the outer coating and epoxy coating for the inner coating.
