随着当今经济一体化发展,国家间的贸易往来日趋频繁,而贸易术语在其中发挥着至关重要的作用。正确认清各个贸易术语的适用范围和优缺点是贸易得以有效、顺利进行的基本前提。本文通过对两则典型案例的分析,着重比较装运港船舷术语和货交承运人术语的异同,以及二者在不同贸易中运用的利弊。

International trade is becoming more and more frequent with the current economic integration trend world widely, while trade terms play paramount role in the trend. To clearly definite the application range and the advantages and disadvantages of the terms will safeguard the smooth flow of trade. This paper focuses on the analysis of the differences and similarities of the shipboard terms of the shipment port and goods delivered to the carrier terms through two typical case study; it also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two group terms in practice.
