明朝吸收了唐宋以来廉政法制建设的经验教训,在开国之初,便推行了一场规模宏大、颇具特色的廉政法制建设,主要表现在完善反贪贿立法、加大执法力度、完善监督和制约机制等几个方面。总结明初廉政法制建设的经验教训,对当今的反腐倡廉大有裨益。

The Ming dynasty,which had drawn some experiences of law system against corruption from the Tang and Song dynasties,carried out,in its eariy years,a large scale of construction of law system against corruption,including perfecting legislation,enforcing the law,improving supervision and so on.To sum up the past will be a great help to the present construction of law system against corruption.
