摘要 介绍了新型4.3m捣固机的结构、特点及工作原理。该捣固机在研制过程中采用了弹性凸轮对辊提锤机构和偏心轮自锁停锤机构等新技术,并在捣固锤杆两侧贴敷高摩擦系数的耐磨材料,减小了橡胶弹簧的受力,提高了捣固效率,延长了设备的使用寿命,操作维护简单方便。 The structure, feature and working principle of new type of stamping machine are described. In development new technologies such as elastic cam double roll hammer lifting mechanism and eccentric wheel self-locking hammer stopping mechanism are adopted for the stamping machine, and abrasion material with higher friction factor is stuck on both sides of stamping hammer so that the suffered force of rubber spring is reduced, the stamping efficiency is increased, the service lift of stamping machine is extended, simple and easv for operation and maintenance.
